Fermentation at low temperature.


Tasting Notes

Eye: Clear rosé with shades of peach

Nose: Floral nose (yellow flower, acacia, white, hawthorn) White fruits (wild pear, grape vine) Exotic fruits (banana Pisang Lilin) Spices (cumin, nutmeg)

Palate: The mouth is round, sweet suave, full of white fruits and spices) We have a final in sweetness and vivacity.


Food Pairings

Aperitifs (salmon rillettes, Bean salad, Roast Poultry Supreme, Lobster Quenelle, Lasagna of Salmon.
